Oge-Pipsan has extrusion competence in ISO2798-C tolerances for the most most challenging sections on its 25 production lines. Oge-Pipsan production lines consist of the highest technology extruders and downstream equipment.
With the experience gained over the years, commercially available extruders and downstream equipments became insufficient for Öge-Pipsan's challenging requirements.Therefore, in the recent years, Oge-Pipsan’a R&D department is designing and developinng its own extruders and equipment. This enables Oge-Pipsan to be the pioneer in thermoplastic extrusion.
Stringent quality control, from incoming raw material to delivery control, are carried out in line with the established quality plans, documented and stored in accordance with the strictest quality management systems.
In the raw material preparation department, PVC and engineering plastics recipes and compounds are produced in modern and advanced automatic mixers and compounding machines with standardized recipes and new manufacturing methods.
Thanks to its own formulations and compounding lines, Öge-Pipsan can provides many features such as UV resistance, antistatic properties, surface texture properties, LED diffusion, different light transmittance (opal, opaque), non-flammability, etc. to all the parts it produces.
Being a Tier-1 supplier for the automotive and white goods industry, Oge-Pipsan, over time, has had to carry its understanding of quality to the assembling processes in line with the expectations of its OEM customers. Manual labor assembly lines, when necessary automated lines, have been established to offer assembled parts to the customer, and this department has been operating since 2010.

In line with customer needs, 5-axis robotic machining stations are used for post-extrusion processes in ISO2768-f tolerances.such as milling, part removal, hole drilling, etc. The ultimate target is always to be a solution partner, and to offer the end product to the customer.
In Oge-Pipsan, all parts (raw materials, semi-finished, finished products) are identified with barcodes, and the products are shipped to customers with labels withs barcodes in line with customer demands.
On production lines of Oge-Pipsan, fur the purpose of offering ready-to-use final products to the customers, inline self-adhesive tape application is available for all extruded profiles.
In case of customer request, protective foil application can be offered to the parts in order to prevent the parts from being damaged during transportation and assembly stages.
As per IATF 16949 traceability compliance; Oge-Pipsan processes batch info on all its products with ink jet printers. In addition, customer code, brand, production date, etc. information can also be printed on the profiles in case of customer request.
Since 2000, Oge-Pipsan has extensive experience in Hot Stamping. The capacity of the workbenches that can do hot stamping on three surfaces at the same time is over 5 million meters per year, both inline and offline.
